About the Role

The Client Solutions Consultant will drive measurable health outcomes through the askNivi platform for key customers in Nigeria, achieving significant improvements in vaccine uptake and family planning adoption rates.


Key Success Outcomes

  1. Improved Health Metrics (Primary Goal)

    • Drive vaccine uptake amongst at least 10% of individuals who engage on askNivi’s HPV and routine immunization vaccine journeys

    • Achieve 40%+ completion rates on health journeys related to vaccines and family planning

    • Reach 30% month-over-month growth in new user acquisition for target demographics

  2. Customer Success & Business Growth

    • Secure 2+ case studies with quantifiable results suitable for publication

    • Identify and document 5+ product improvement opportunities based on field insights

    • Support expansion of at least 1 existing customer relationship into additional health focus areas


How You Will Achieve These Outcomes

  1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management

    • Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team that consistently meets established KPIs

    • Implement a data-driven management system that tracks weekly progress toward objectives 

    • Create accountability structures that ensure all team members contribute to success metrics

  2. Consumer Health Journey Optimization

    • Apply behavioral science principles to develop content that achieves conversion rates above industry benchmarks

    • Establish A/B testing protocols that continuously improve journey performance

    • Create a feedback loop system that translates user insights into journey improvements within 2-week sprint cycles

  3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

    • Generate monthly impact reports demonstrating ROI for customer stakeholders

    • Create transparent reporting systems that demonstrate value and progress

    • Develop expansion proposals based on demonstrated success metrics

  4. Knowledge Capture & Growth Enablement

    • Document methodologies and approaches that drive successful outcomes

    • Create replicable playbooks for vaccine initiatives

    • Develop training materials that enable knowledge transfer to new team members

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving measurable health outcomes through digital interventions

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements

  • Success history in building and leading high-performing teams to meet concrete objectives

  • Experience achieving results within time-constrained projects in the health sector

  • Ability to communicate impact effectively to diverse stakeholders
