About the Role
The Consumer Growth Lead, India will drive Nivi’s efforts in India to drive brand awareness and acquire users onto Nivi’s conversational platform - askNivi. This position will work with Nivi’s marketing team and Nivi’s India team to:
Conduct desk and user research to define user personas, channel and messaging strategies to meet Nivi’s business goals
Define qualitative and quantitative goals for brand awareness and acquisition of askNivi users in India based on Nivi business goals
Identify and execute demand generation strategies that combine the best of paid, organic, and partner driven demand generation techniques enabling Nivi to reach its goals
Use quantitative data from Nivi’s platform and third party platforms, and qualitative data from Nivi’s user journey and user interviews to generate insights on consumer acquisition conversion that can be leveraged to improve and optimize user acquisition
The right candidate will have a proven track record of having built high growth marketing campaigns that can acquire and move users along a marketing funnel, has conceived of and directly executed campaigns that make use of multiple channels, and shown the ability to use data to inform decision making.
3-5 years of experience in crafting campaign strategies - persona development, channel and messaging development - to drive business outcomes
3-5 years of experience crafting and executing growth plans that leverage paid and organic channels, as well as partner channels to achieve quantifiable business goals
2-3 years of experience with analytics platforms from Facebook and Google, and the ability to use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data to inform strategy
Demonstrated experience in SEO and driving and converting website traffic
Background in copywriting and design
Good time management skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Self motivated and self managing
Fluent in English and Hindi
Experience in leading teams of other marketers to drive results and scale up successful campaign models
