About the Role

The Customer Growth Lead in India will drive Nivi’s effort to establish a foothold in India’s healthcare market by identifying and bringing new customers from across the sector - retail pharmacy, primary outpatient care, and public and private hospital networks, pharmaceutical supply chain, health insurance, and health administration - onto Nivi’s conversational marketplace, askNivi. This role focuses heavily on identifying the right customers - especially in the private sector - who have a need for visibility and connection to the consumer, and onboarding and supporting those customers as they seek to unlock value from Nivi’s digital offerings.


Job Functions

  • Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets based on the definition of customer archetypes within the Indian market, and repeatable marketing and sales funnels for those archetypes

  • Create a picture of business health by developing marketing and sales metrics, and providing regular sales forecasts based on those metrics

  • Execute a well defined and repeatable onboarding process for different customer archetypes that demonstrates to internal and external stakeholders how the Nivi platform suite fits into a customer’s operating context, ensures a high quality experience for askNivi’s end users, and shows value from day one to the customer

  • Communicate the value of the platform through case study writeups, presentations, and webinars

  • Track, report on, and work with the product team to improve on key performance indicators that the customer values

  • Work closely with product management to drive product requirements


Reporting

This position reports to the Chief Business Officer, and will regularly engage with the Vice President of Product and Customer Growth Leads in Kenya and Nigeria.

Requirements

Must haves

  • 5-10 years of experience with b2b technology marketing and sales in the health sector in India

  • Experience with creating, analyzing, and reporting on marketing and sales metrics

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, willing and able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

  • Curiosity about how healthcare delivery models in India and abroad

  • Aptitude for learning technology

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and working with ambiguity

  • Willingness to travel regionally

  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours to ensure frequent communication with a global team (i.e. 12pm-8pm India time)

  • Fluency in English and Hindi


Preferred

  • Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial role

  • Knowledge of mobile products, health systems - private and public, and public health concepts
