About the Role
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns in support of product objectives. This position will work with Nivi’s client services and product teams to -
Execute Social Media Campaigns: Plan, implement, and develop comprehensive digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Produce Creative Briefs: Provide clear briefs to creative teams on creatives for online and offline campaigns to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
Create Content: Craft compelling and relevant social media posts that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
Manage Content: Post and manage content across all social media accounts, ensuring consistency and quality.
Analyze Campaigns: Monitor and analyze the performance of running campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Produce Reports: Write and share detailed reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in a role of Marketing Assistant with social media management and strategy experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
Experience developing creative briefs
Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills
Self motivated and self managing
