About the Role
The Content Writer will be part of the core team that creates content for Nivi’s flagship offering - the askNivi chatbot. This position will work with Nivi’s product and content teams to:
Define health journeys related to specific therapeutic areas for consumers in Nivi’s operating geographies, using principles of behavioral science to identify a consumer’s health goals, shape their experience, and encourage them to take action
Conduct desk research to create content that draws from trusted sources of health information
Iteratively refine and improve product content – be ready to adapt and expand content in response to outcome metrics and stakeholder feedback
The right candidate will have a proven track record of working with and supporting diverse populations, writing persuasive content that has influenced readers’ behaviors and decisions, and using data to inform the creative process.
This position is 100% remote and reports to the company’s Chief Technology Officer.
3-5 years of experience working with culturally and socioeconomically diverse populations
Portfolio of published written work
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
Self motivated and self managing
Fluent in English; (additional fluency in Hindi or Swahili is desirable)
Knowledge of healthcare or public health desirable but not required
Excel / Google Sheets skills desirable but not required
